He befriends western women and then asks them to forward merchandise to him that he bought using stolen credit cards. Arinze also likes to pass bad checks for items bought through the classifieds.

Strangely enough, Arinze is pals with Akinfolarin Akinwole Emmanuel, another scammer who has his very own page on the Pillory. When we launched Akinfolarin Akinwole Emmanuel's Pillory page, we were kind enough to send an email to Arinze with a link. He in turn forwarded the link to a few of his fellow thieves, probably never suspecting that he too would grace these pages of shame.
